We are a vibrant community of diverse flow artists in NYC , transcending boundaries of age, skill, gender, race, ethnicity and sexuality.  In this space of creativity and self-expression, movement takes endless forms—poi spinning, hoop dance, staff manipulation, dragon flags and silk fans. Our core values are free flow, inclusivity, self-expression, and community building. These values guide us in creating a welcoming space where everyone can be themselves, connect authentically, and grow together.

We intend to foster relationships, encourage collaboration, embrace continuous learning and build trust to create a supportive and inclusive group or network. We focus on organizing regular flow jams, learning workshops and parade participation.
